Michael Jordan Leaves 10K-Euro Tip at Coastal Athens Restaurant

NBA's reputed 'GOAT' vacationed with his wife, Yvette Prieto, aboard a luxury super-yacht, before attending a dinner hosted by his sports brand

Michael Jordan was the latest celebrity “A-lister” to holiday in Greece this season, with the NBA great travelling aboard a mega-yacht for visits to several islands in the Ionian Sea and Saronic Gulf and dining at an upscale southeast coastal restaurant during a corporate event – where MJ apparently greatly appreciated the service, as he left servers a tip of 10,000 euros!

Jordan, considered by many as the “GOAT” of professional basketball, attended the dinner at a luxury restaurant in the Kavouri beachfront, hosted by his personal sports brand, titled “Board of Greatness”. Roughly 100 guests included Luka Dončić, Carmelo Anthony and Bam Adebayo, among other former and current star athletes.

The menu was based on seafood and traditional Grecian dishes, with Jordan and his wife pleased with the menu, atmosphere, service and the east Mediterranean country hosting them.

“Greece is the homeland of the ancient gods, where legendary heroes were born and the concept of greatness began. At a crucial moment, when the future of the Jordan brand is taking shape, we took inspiration from this unique place. Just as when planning the path to greatness, countless hours of perfection are required, this collection was created in Italy, by artisans who accept nothing less than perfection as the end result of their work,” the super-star said in a brief address.

Jordan, one of the sports world’s billionaires, and his ex-model wife Yvette Prieto, vacationed in Greece aboard the multi-million-dollar super yacht M’Brace and spent time on the island of Spetses, after visiting the islands of Paxos, Lefkada, Corfu and Ithaca in the Ionian Sea.

Earlier, the Jordan couple stayed at the newly reopened Four Seasons Astir Palace hotel located on the gated Vouliagmeni promontory.
