Olympiacos Piraeus today – Tuesday, March 10 – celebrated 101 years of glorious sports history, with popular Olympiacos FC’s and amateur organization’s President, Evangelis Marinakis, issuing his own personal message on the occasion.

The Piraeus Club’s leader emphasized in his post that, in the second century of the Reds’ history, “we’ll continue to write new golden pages and share great moments of pride together.”

“Today, Olympiacos celebrates 101 years of glorious history.

“The Olympiacos Club of Piraeus Fans (OSFP) has for more than a century been a symbol of pride and strength for Piraeus, for Greece and for the millions of Olympiacos fans around the world.

“Olympiacos was founded to represent athletic greatness, passion and victory. These values continue to guide us, from 1925 to the present, without deviating from our course.

“As we have now entered the second century of our history, our commitment remains unwavering: to protect the values of Olympiacos, to continue competing at the highest level in Greece and Europe, and to continue building a future worthy of the Club’s great legacy – To raise the red-and-white banner ever higher.

“Together, united and determined, with hard work and respect for our history, we will continue to write new golden pages in the global sports LEGEND’s history and to share these great moments of pride together!
