Authorities in Patras are investigating an assault on a 17-year-old girl after her mother filed a complaint claiming that an unknown man attacked her daughter and then fled the scene.
According to the complaint, the incident took place during the early hours of Sunday, June 21, on Iroon Polytechniou Avenue, a coastal road in the center of Patras, outside food and entertainment venues where there were many people at the time.
The girl’s mother told police that a young man approached her daughter and hit her in the face, causing physical injuries.
