The problems started earlier today (29/1) and are affecting thousands of subscribers, who are unable to make or receive calls or send SMS messages.
Dozens of Nova customers report via posts on the company’s social media pages that they cannot connect to the network and have effectively been left without phone service.
The disruption appears to have begun around 14:30, with reports coming both from Attica (from Neos Kosmos and Ilioupoli to Oropos and Acharnes) and from other regions, including Thessaloniki, Crete, Chios, and elsewhere.
