Widespread clouds and rainfall will dominate Greece on Monday, with storms mainly in the Peloponnese and the southern islands, while temperatures remain mild for mid-October

Greece will see cloudy skies and scattered rainfall across much of the country Monday, particularly in central and southern regions. Thunderstorms are expected in the Peloponnese, the Cyclades, and later in the day over the southern Ionian Sea and western mainland areas. Northern Greece will experience more moderate conditions with lighter showers.

Temperatures will range from 4°C to 16°C in Western Macedonia, 9°C to 19°C in the rest of Macedonia and Thrace, 12°C to 19°C in Thessaly, 9°C to 21°C in Epirus, and 12°C to 20°C in Central Greece. In the Peloponnese, values will reach 14°C to 21°C, while the Ionian Islands will see 14°C to 22°C. In the Aegean, temperatures will hover between 12°C and 21°C, and in Crete and the Dodecanese, they will climb up to 25–26°C.

Winds will blow mainly from the northeast at 3–5 Beaufort, occasionally easing in inland areas.

In Athens, expect overcast skies with periods of rain throughout the day. Northeasterly winds will range from 2–4 Beaufort, and temperatures will vary between 14°C and 19°C.

In Thessaloniki, clouds will dominate with a few local showers possible. Winds will be light and variable, up to 4 Beaufort, with temperatures ranging from 12°C to 19°C.
