Of particular interest is the involvement of Kyle Macaulay, who was recently appointed as Manchester United’s head of senior scouting. The 38-year-old Scotsman, who has previous scouting experience with Chelsea, Brighton, and West Ham, has had Mouzakitis “in his sights” for over a year and has formed a complete picture of the youngster’s potential and talent.
