A 16-year-old boy was hospitalized after being brutally attacked and stabbed by a group of minors in a central square in the western Greek city of Agrinio.
The incident took place on Sunday evening, when the teenager was out with his sister. According to initial reports, a group of six individuals approached them suddenly and targeted the boy. The attackers knocked him to the ground and began hitting him with punches and kicks to the head and body.
During the assault, one of the attackers reportedly used a knife, injuring the teenager. He was later transported to a local hospital, where doctors are monitoring his condition.
Following the attack, the suspects fled the scene. Police responded quickly, leading to the arrest of three individuals believed to be involved, while efforts are ongoing to locate the remaining suspects.
