A police investigation is underway after a young man suffered a head injury believed to have been caused by an air gun pellet in the town of Kato Achaia, in western Greece.
According to local reports, the victim was taken to the town’s health center with a bleeding head wound. Medical staff responded immediately to stop the bleeding and treat his injuries.
Police were notified shortly after the man arrived at the medical facility and launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The victim’s condition has not been disclosed.
According to local media, investigators have already filed charges against one man as part of the ongoing inquiry, which aims to establish exactly how the shooting occurred.
