According to agriniopress.gr, a woman was attacked by her partner and suffered a head injury. Witnesses reported hearing loud shouting shortly after 1:00 a.m., while a resident of a nearby apartment building said she saw a woman calling for help as a man was hitting her and pushing her into the street.

According to the same sources, the couple had been involved in a heated argument, during which the man pushed the woman into the glass entrance of an apartment building. As she fell, she reportedly struck her head forcefully against the glass, sustaining heavy injuries.

Residents further claimed that the man then dragged the woman for several yards, a scene that left eyewitnesses shocked.

The incident was reported to authorities later that morning. Residents informed police, who have launched an investigation into the exact circumstances of the episode and are seeking footage from security cameras in neighboring buildings that may have captured the incident.
