Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a stark warning, saying that if Europe wants a war, Russia is prepared for one.

He claimed that European leaders “excluded themselves” from negotiations and argued that they are obstructing the U.S. government and Donald Trump from reaching a negotiated peace.

Putin went further, accusing European governments of being “supporters of war” and lacking any genuine peace agenda.

At the same time, he said Europe’s demands are unacceptable to Moscow and announced that Russia will intensify its attacks on Ukrainian facilities and naval vessels.

The threat came after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told reporters at a press conference in Dublin that the US and Ukraine had turned the initial 28-point proposal into a 20-point plan.

He noted that the initial proposal was reduced from 28 to 20 points during talks in Geneva and was “finalized” over the past weekend during discussions in Florida.
