The group photography exhibition titled “Portraits” pays homage to the dynamic expressionism of portraiture. Through the timeless yet most realistic medium, the photographers aim to impress on the audience to look beyond the physical characteristics of each person and try to decode their story. Each portrait represents a dialogue between the photographer and the face in front of the lens, creating images that can reveal the most authentic self.

Several photographers from different countries showcase their own approach to portrait photography, exploring indentity, the human expression and the connection through glances. The works, curated by Markos Dolopikos, span from traditional to modern and experimental.
