Now that the weather is warming up, make a batch of this delicious and decadent Mocha Chocolate Mousse to cool yourself down.


Prep. Time 5′     Cooking Time 5′     Serves 4


  • 300 grams of 0% fat yogurt
  • 60 grams of chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
  • Chocolate curls, for garnish


  1. Finely chop the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie .
  2. In a blender, combine the yogurt, cocoa powder, coffee, vanilla, syrup, and the melted chocolate.
  3. Mix all the ingredients very well until smooth.
  4. Divide into 4 glasses.
  5. Chill and serve with chocolate curls.
