Nutella Cheesecake information

  • 300 g digestive biscuits
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 small packet chocolate wafer rolls
  • 450 g Nutella, at room temperature
  • 600 g cream cheese at room temperature 50 g powdered sugar 1 pinch of salt


  1. Break the chocolate wafer rolls in half with your hands.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and place them in a bowl.
  3. Melt the butter over low heat and pour it over the crushed biscuits.
  4. Add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of Nutella, and the chocolate wafer biscuits.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Grease a 23 cm diameter ring mold with oil spray.
  7. Press the biscuit base into the mold.
  8. Place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  9. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  10. Add the Nutella and mix with a spatula.
  11. Pour the cream into the chilled base.
  12. Refrigerate the Nutella cheesecake for approximately 4 hours to set.
