• 500 g heavy cream (35% fat)
  • 750 g strawberries
  • 1 container yogurt (200 g)
  • 8 tbsp sugar

  1. Select ripe, firm, and bright red strawberries.
  2. Beat the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  4. Dissolve the sugar in the strawberry puree.
  5. Fold the yogurt and strawberry mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn until frozen, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

If you don’t have an ice cream maker:

  1. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Repeat the mixing and freezing process 3-4 times to ensure a smooth texture.

For added flavor, you can mix in:

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped mint or
  • 1/2 tsp ground spices (such as star anise, nutmeg, or a bit of ginger).
