Greece will see a mix of conditions on Tuesday, with many areas remaining mostly sunny while others experience brief, local showers. Cloud cover will appear at times across northeastern, eastern, and southeastern mainland regions, as well as in Chalkidiki, Evia, Crete, and much of the Aegean.
Local, short-lived showers are expected mainly in Chalkidiki, the Sporades, Evia, eastern Central Greece, the eastern Peloponnese, and Crete. The rest of the country will enjoy sunshine, with only passing clouds.
Temperatures will stay close to seasonal norms:
• Western Macedonia: –1°C to 10°C
• Eastern Macedonia & Thrace: 3°C to 13°C
• Thessaly: 5°C to 14°C
• Epirus: 3°C to 14°C
• Central Greece: 5°C to 15°C
• Peloponnese: 6°C to 16°C
• Ionian Islands: 9°C to 16°C
• North & East Aegean Islands: 7°C to 12°C
• Cyclades: 10°C to 14°C
• Dodecanese: 10°C to 17°C
• Crete: 11°C to 17°C
North winds over the Aegean will reach 4–6 Beaufort, while the Ionian will remain calm with light, variable winds up to 3 Beaufort.
Athens:
Athens will see intermittent clouds, with brief local showers mainly in the surrounding mountains. North winds will blow at 3–5 Beaufort. Temperatures in the city center will range from 11°C to 15°C.
Thessaloniki:
Thessaloniki will enjoy sunshine with occasional light cloud cover. North winds will remain gentle, up to 3 Beaufort. Temperatures in the city center will range from 7°C to 13°C.
