Thursday will bring widespread unsettled and at times dangerous weather across Greece. Periods of heavy to very heavy rainfall and strong thunderstorms are expected in the Ionian Islands, the western mainland, the Peloponnese, Eastern Macedonia, and Thrace. These storms may produce hail, which could be relatively large in size—especially in the Ionian and western mainland, and to a lesser extent in the Peloponnese.

The rest of the country will also see rain and scattered thunderstorms, some briefly intense, including areas around Athens and Thessaloniki. A significant influx of dust from Africa will lead to muddy rain in many regions, reducing visibility and air quality.

Temperatures will remain mild for late November. Western Macedonia will see 41–55°F (5–13°C), while the rest of Macedonia and Thrace will reach 50–62–66°F (10–17/19°C). Thessaly will range from 48–63/64°F (9–17/18°C). Epirus will see 48–61/63°F (9–16/17°C), and other mainland regions will reach 52–66/72°F (11–19/22°C).
The Ionian Islands will register 57–64/66°F (14–18/19°C), while the Aegean islands and Crete will vary from 59 to 68–73°F (15–20/23°C).

Southerly winds will be strong across both the Aegean and Ionian Seas, blowing at 6–7 Beaufort and possibly reaching 8 Beaufort in some areas.

Athens (Attica) will experience periods of rain or thunderstorms. Some episodes may become locally intense and include hail. Southerly winds will blow at 4–5 Beaufort, occasionally up to 6. Temperatures in the city center will range from 61 to 66–68°F (16–19/20°C).

Thessaloniki will see rain or thunderstorms mainly in the morning and again later at night. Winds from the south–southeast will reach up to 5 Beaufort. Temperatures will remain mild, between 59 and 64°F (15–18°C).
