Social Media Stunt Rider Arrested for Dangerous Road Tricks

A 30-year-old Greek-American stunt rider was arrested after posting live videos of high-speed stunts, wheelies, and street races in Attica

Greek police arrested a 30-year-old Greek-American stunt rider after he posted a series of dangerous live videos on social media, showing high-speed motorcycle stunts and street races on the roads of Attica.

The videos, which sparked immediate police action, showed the rider performing wheelies while holding his phone to broadcast live. Other clips captured him standing on the seat, riding in the wrong direction, and taking extreme risks in traffic.

Authorities traced the social media account to the rider and confirmed his identity. The suspect, already known in the stunt community, reportedly had a history of similar offenses in the United States.

Police located and seized the motorcycle in Aegina on the morning of March 6. The investigation revealed that the rider lacked the appropriate license for the motorcycle and that the bike’s frame number had been tampered with.

Officials also noted that the rider’s online posts encouraged others to participate in illegal street races, amplifying the danger to public safety.
