Arsenal sealed a 2-0 victory over Olympiacos in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday evening at Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners posted a European victory against a solid Olympiacos side after their impressive 2-1 comeback win against Newcastle United in Premier League on Sunday.

Gabriel Martinelli opened the score with a shot on goal in the 12th-minute before Bukayo Saka sealed the game with an injury time goal mostly aided by a keeper’s mistake.

The Greek champions nearly broke the hearts of Arsenal fans when Chiquinho scored in the 66th minute, only for the goal to be disqualified due to an off-side call against Ayoub El Kaabi at the beginning of the attack.

The game’s referee needed a VAR replay to call the off-side, which was razor close.

Next up is another European powerhouse for the Reds, who’ll face Barcelona at Camp Nu on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
