NBA star Klay Thompson will now share the court with “Greek Freak” Giannis Antetokounmpo at the Miami Heat, after being officially introduced by his new team as he prepares to begin the latest chapter of his career.

The Heat have invested in the experience and elite shooting of the 36-year-old guard, looking to add another major weapon to their backcourt. Thompson is expected to be part of a particularly strong lineup alongside the Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo, with the team aiming for a competitive run in the NBA.
In his first interview as a Miami player, Thompson made no secret of his admiration for Antetokounmpo, describing him as one of the greatest players in basketball history. He also explained that he believes his own presence can create more opportunities for the Greek star on the court.
“Giannis, he’s one of the best players of all time and a two-time MVP obviously. He’s a special talent and I have great respect for him, for what he’s accomplished and how he’s gotten better every season.
I think we can both just help each other, but it’s not just him but we can help the whole team. For me, I’m going to get so many great looks playing off him and Bam, Wiggs and the rest of the guys.”
