The charges and 19 arrests points to extensive corruption involving law enforcement and connections to broader criminal networks. 

Authorities are particularly seeking at least one mobile phone allegedly used by the officer which could provide further details useful to the investigation.

The wife's lawyer reported that besides the repeated sexual abuse, the man had on occasion threated his family's life, beat them with batons, tortured them with piercings, handcuffed them and even burned cigarette buts on their backs.
