Crete is the undisputed star this autumn, with occupancy reaching 90% and several hotels reporting higher bookings than in mid-summer.

The investment involves the development of an Integrated Tourist Resort across a 566-acre site in the area known as "Koumbara – Diakofto – Faros."

The investment will cover a 561-acre site on the southern tip of Megalonisos, within the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Karystos, Evia.
