For the beetroot salad you will need.


  • 2 containers of Greek yogurt
  • 2 medium raw beetroots or pre-cooked
  • 2-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • 2-3 tbsp vinegar
  • 5-6 tbsp olive oil
  • Sunflower or pumpkin seeds, to serve
  • A little balsamic vinegar, to serve


  1. Clean and grate the beetroot finely.
  2. Put it in a small bowl with yogurt and garlic.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients, yogurt, grated garlic, salt, vinegar, dill, olive oil.
  4. Mix well to homogenize the ingredients and form a creamy texture.
  5. Serve the beetroot salad as a dip or a side dish.
