Prep. Time: 10′     Cooking Time: 30′     Serves 9

Ingredients:

  • 1⅓ cups oat flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 200 g butter
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the sugar.
  2. Stir over medium heat for half a minute.
  3. Add cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla. Mix well and remove from the heat.
  4. Allow the butter to cool a bit.
  5. Add one egg, whisking until it disappears into the chocolatey mixture.
  6. Add the remaining eggs one by one, whisking well until you have a chocolatey liquid mixture.
  7. Add the oat flour and baking soda to the liquid ingredients and mix slightly to combine.
  8. Finally, add the chocolate chips and fold in with a spatula.
  9. Butter and line a 24×24 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
  10. Pour the brownie mixture into the pan.
  11. Preheat a convection oven at 170°C. Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes until the surface stabilizes.
  12. When the brownies come out of the oven, they will still be moist in the center.
  13. Let them cool and sit for 30 minutes.
  14. Once cooled, remove the brownies from the pan and cut them into square pieces.
