• 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Freshly ground pepper

  1. Place the chicken drumsticks in a ovenproof dish, add the yogurt, and mix well to coat evenly.
  2. Cover with cling film and let it marinate for as long as possible (from 4 to 24 hours).
  3. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well and dip each drumstick into the solid mixture.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Place a small piece of butter on top of each chicken drumstick.
  7. At this stage, cover them and store them in the refrigerator.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes until golden brown.
  9. If you prepare them from the previous day, leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
