Μake us preferred on Google An ATM was targeted in the early hours of Monday, August 31, in Perachora, Corinthia, with the perpetrators stealing an estimated €91,000 in cash.
According to Korinthostv.gr, the suspects approached the ATM at around 5 a.m. and detonated an explosion that severely damaged the machine.
The attackers managed to remove a cash cassette containing approximately €91,000 before leaving the scene and fleeing in an unknown direction.
Greek police, known as the Hellenic Police, have launched an extensive investigation to identify and locate the suspects. Authorities are examining all available evidence that could help establish their identities.
The preliminary investigation has been assigned to the respective police and investigation department in the region.
