The road to Greece’s Eurovision 2026 entry is in full swing, with the second semi-final of “Sing for Greece 2026” set to take place this Friday evening at 9:00 PM. The event, which will be broadcast live on ERT 1, will feature 24 artists vying for a spot in the final.

The semi-finals kick off with all competing artists performing popular past Greek Eurovision entries, immersing the audience in the spirit of the contest. Eurovision veteran and Greek superstar Eleni Foureira will be performing in the first half of the semi-final.

After the recent change implemented in the voting system, the mix of public participation and expert jury influence promises to keep the competition fierce and thrilling.

Qualifying for the final

To secure a place in the final, the 28 participating artists will need to earn the support of the voting public. The final winner will be determined by a combination of votes: 50% from the audience, 25% from a national jury, and 25% from an international jury.

The international jury will include experts from France, Germany, Georgia, Moldova, and Serbia.

The second semi-final will be a crucial moment in the lead-up to the grand final, with many talented singers hoping to make their mark and secure their place in the history of Greece’s Eurovision legacy.
