Friday will bring periods of rain across parts of Greece, with conditions steadily improving as the day progresses. Temperatures will remain relatively high for the time of year, while strong winds over the Aegean Sea will gradually weaken, making conditions more favorable later in the day.

Cloudy skies are expected over western, southern, and northeastern regions, while the rest of the country will see intermittent cloud cover. Rain will mainly occur during the early morning hours, affecting western, southwestern, and northern areas, the mountainous regions of Crete, and the eastern Aegean islands. As the day advances, rainfall will weaken and become confined mainly to western and southwestern regions, northeastern Greece, and parts of Crete.

Temperatures will be mild nationwide. In Western Macedonia, values will range from 0°C to 11°C, while the rest of Macedonia and Thrace will see 3°C to 14°C. Thessaly will experience 5°C to 17°C, Epirus 4°C to 13°C, and Central Greece and the Peloponnese 7°C to 16°C. The Ionian Islands will range from 10°C to 14°C. In the North and East Aegean islands, temperatures will range from 9°C to 15°C, while the Cyclades will see 12°C to 16°C. The Dodecanese will range from 13°C to 16°C, and Crete will be the warmest region, with temperatures between 12°C and 21°C.

Winds in the Aegean Sea will initially blow from westerly directions at 6 to 8 Beaufort but will gradually weaken, dropping below 6 Beaufort after the afternoon. In the Ionian Sea, westerly winds of 5 to 7 Beaufort will ease by midday, decreasing to 4 to 5 Beaufort.

In Attica, cloudy conditions are expected until midday. Winds will initially be westerly at 3 to 5 Beaufort, gradually weakening to 3 to 4 Beaufort during the afternoon. Temperatures in central Athens will range from 11°C to 16°C.

In Thessaloniki, skies will be partly cloudy, with local rain possible until the morning hours. Northwesterly winds of 2 to 4 Beaufort will weaken during the day, becoming variable and light by the afternoon. Temperatures in the city center will range from 8°C to 14°C.
