On Monday, December 22, Greece will experience unsettled weather, particularly in southern and eastern regions. Rain and isolated thunderstorms are expected over Crete and the Dodecanese, while local showers will affect parts of the Ionian Sea, eastern and southern mainland areas, the Sporades, Evia, and the Cyclades. In higher-elevation areas of Central Greece and the Peloponnese, light snowfall may occur in mountainous zones. Morning and evening fog will reduce visibility across central and northern mainland regions, and early-morning frost is expected mainly in Western Macedonia.

Temperatures will remain seasonally cool. Western Macedonia will see lows near -1°C and highs up to 8°C. In the rest of Macedonia and Thrace, temperatures will range from 3°C to 11–13°C. Thessaly will experience 2°C to 12–14°C, while Epirus ranges from 4°C to 14–15°C. Elsewhere on the mainland, highs will reach 14–16°C. The Ionian Islands will see temperatures between 9°C and 14–15°C. Across the Aegean islands, temperatures will range from 8°C to 14–15°C, with Crete reaching up to 17°C and the Dodecanese remaining milder at 11°C to 16–18°C.

Winds in the central and northern Aegean will blow from the northeast at 4 to 5 Beaufort, while northern winds elsewhere in the Aegean may reach 6 Beaufort in exposed areas. In the Ionian Sea, east to southeast winds will blow at 4 to 5 Beaufort, potentially affecting ferry schedules.

In Athens and the Attica region, skies will be partly to mostly cloudy at times, with a chance of light rain mainly in northern and eastern parts of the prefecture. Northerly to northeasterly winds will reach 3 to 5 Beaufort, and temperatures will range from 11°C to 15°C.

In Thessaloniki, mostly fair weather is expected with a few clouds. Visibility may be reduced overnight and early in the morning due to fog. Winds will be light from the northwest, and temperatures will range between 7°C and 12°C.
