White wine fermentation.
A taste of wild Greece
Producers spanning from all over Greece will be bringing their creations to this year’s festival. From Crete all the way to Athens, Serifos, Evia and Thessaloniki, SUPERNATURAL will help you travel along various parts of the country through their “wild side”.
The vibrant flavor profile couldn’t be complete without fermented coffee from Sortie (Thessaloniki) and June (Votanikos), as well as Saurkraut and sourdough bread provided by the restaurant More Feelings based in Koukaki, Athens.
For those wanting to bring a taste of wild Greece back home, from March 9th to March 15th they will find a pop-up store carrying fermented creations for sale in the same venue.
SUPERNATURAL provides a unique experience for lovers of wine and fermented goods to discuss with the creators of fermented products, unravel the story behind each product label and see for themselves how fermentation can become a way of life.
