The section of Kifisias avenue passing through the north Athens municipality of Kifissia will be subject to temporary traffic adjustments due to construction works until June 30. Drivers are requested to exercise extreme caution when passing through the work areas and follow existing road signs.
According to the announcement by police, traffic on the south-bound (right lane) of Kifisias Avenue will be interrupted at certain times, up to Mitropoleos Iakovou street. The scheduled construction works will take place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding midday “siesta hours”.
Additional construction will occur from May 13 to June 30, resulting in traffic adjustments along Kifissias avenue from the intersection of Adrianou to Stefanou Delta street, in both directions. These works will take place during 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
During the aforementioned works, vehicle traffic in these areas should proceed attentively within the remaining roadway lanes.
