Olympiacos or Real Madrid? The answer will come on Sunday night, May 24, when the two European powerhouses meet in the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four championship game. Basketball fans will be able to watch the highly anticipated clash live on Novasports Prime at 9:00 p.m.
Olympiacos booked its place in the final after overcoming Fenerbahce, while Real Madrid advanced by winning an all-Spanish semifinal against Valencia.
Sunday’s encounter will mark the fifth time the two clubs have faced each other in a EuroLeague final. The Madrid side has prevailed in three of the previous four meetings, most recently three years ago, when Sergio Llull’s dramatic late basket sealed the title.
Olympiacos’ only victory over the Spanish giants in a final came in London in 2013, when the Greek club delivered a commanding 100-88 triumph to capture the European crown.

At the same time, preparations are intensifying in Piraeus, the home of the “Reds,” particularly around the Municipal Theatre of Piraeus, where crews are carrying out work ahead of the grand final. Authorities are preparing public spaces expected to host thousands of Olympiacos supporters should the club secure another European title.
The anticipation among the club’s fans is growing by the hour, with similar initiatives taking place across the wider Attica region. In Korydallos, giant screens have already been installed for supporters eager to follow the game together — and potentially celebrate long into the night.
