Greek Olympic champion Miltiadis Tentoglou admitted it was the “worst competition” of his career after cramps forced him out of contention in the Tokyo final

Tentoglou spoke to public broadcaster ERT, saying he wanted to finish the job as soon as possible to avoid straining his leg with additional attempts.

Tentoglou delivered a stunning leap of 8.46 meters—setting a new championship record and registering the world’s best mark for 2025 so far.
