This is Payne’s second visit to Greece in a short spell, as the director, of Greek descent, (born Alexander Constantine Papadopoulos) attended the nationwide premier in Greece of “The Holdovers”, starring Paul Giamatti, at the Thessaloniki Film Festival eight months ago.
