A Russian fitness influencer has died following an extreme eating challenge that involved consuming massive amounts of food in a short period. Dmitry Nuyanzin, 30, from Orenburg, reportedly ate 10,000 calories per day over several weeks in an attempt to gain more than 22 kilograms, with plans to later lose the weight while promoting his new fitness program.

In the days leading up to his death, Nuyanzin reportedly felt unwell and canceled training sessions, intending to see a doctor. He was later found unconscious at home, and relatives stated that he suffered a fatal heart attack in his sleep.

His daily diet for the challenge reportedly included cakes and sweets for breakfast, large portions of pasta and mayonnaise for lunch, and pizzas and burgers for dinner, with unhealthy snacks like potato chips in between.

The incident has sparked concern over the dangers of extreme social media challenges and the pressure influencers face to produce attention-grabbing content. Experts warn that such extreme diets and rapid weight changes can have severe health consequences, highlighting the risks of chasing viral success at any cost.
