  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • The juice from one lemon
  • 300 g heavy cream (35% fat)
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup of pistachios (optional)


  1. Whip the heavy cream in a mixer until it thickens up.
  2. In a bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and then gradually add the lemon zest and juice.
  3. Next, gently fold in the whipped cream into the mixture until it becomess homogeneous.
  4. Divide the lemon cream into individual bowls or glasses and chill in the refrigerator.
  5. If desired, sprinkle some crushed pistachios over the 3 ingredient lemon cream just before serving.
