Oreo Crumble with Peanut Butter Cream takes

  • 1 packet of oreo cookies
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of heavy cream (35% fat)
  • 150 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • A few drops of liquid vanilla
  • Cookies for garnish


  1. Add the cookies in a food bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  2. Melt the butter over high heat and remove from the stove.
  3. Add the crushed cookies to the melted butter and mix well until moistened.
  4. Spread the mixture in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 170°C in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  6. Whip the heavy cream in a mixer with 3 tablespoons of your powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  7. Let is freeze in the refrigerator.
  8. Whip the cream cheese with the peanut butter until fluffy.
  9. Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar.
  10. Add the thick cream from the fridge, the milk, and vanilla. Stir gently.
  11. Fill glasses with layers of cookie crumble and peanut butter cream and garnish with cookies.
  12. Freeze the oreo crumble for 10 minutes and serve.
