Visibility will be limited during the early morning hours, with fog likely to form in some areas. Winds will blow from the south at 3 to 5 Beaufort, reaching 6 Beaufort over southern seas, before shifting to westerly and northwesterly directions from midday onward. Temperatures will remain above seasonal norms, reaching up to 30 degrees Celsius on the mainland and 31 degrees in Crete.

Macedonia and Thrace

Partly cloudy skies are expected, with cloud cover temporarily increasing during the afternoon. Local showers and isolated thunderstorms are possible in the mountainous areas of Macedonia. Winds will be variable at 2 to 4 Beaufort, while temperatures will range from 13 to 26 degrees Celsius, remaining lower in western Macedonia.

Ionian Islands, Epirus, Western Central Greece and Western Peloponnese

Light cloud cover will occasionally become denser. Winds will initially be variable at 3 to 4 Beaufort before turning westerly to northwesterly at 4 to 5 Beaufort from midday onward. Temperatures will reach up to 27 degrees Celsius.

Thessaly, Eastern Central Greece, Evia and Eastern Peloponnese

Thin clouds are expected, becoming denser locally in the afternoon, with a chance of showers in mountainous areas. Partly cloudy conditions are expected, with thicker clouds during midday and the afternoon. Winds will blow from the south at 3 to 4 Beaufort before turning west-northwesterly at 4 to 5 Beaufort later in the day. Temperatures will range from 15 to 28 degrees Celsius.

Thessaloniki

A similar weather pattern is forecast, with light cloud cover becoming temporarily denser and the possibility of local showers in nearby mountainous areas. Southern winds at 3 to 4 Beaufort are expected, with temperatures reaching up to 25 degrees Celsius.
