A 48-year-old fitness influencer has been arrested following a police chase in Greece after being caught driving under the influence of alcohol and in possession of anabolic substances.

The incident took place in the early hours of Holy Saturday, when police officers identified the woman driving erratically and performing dangerous maneuvers on the road.

Police pursuit and arrest

According to authorities, officers signaled the driver to stop, but she failed to comply and accelerated, prompting a pursuit. The vehicle was eventually stopped at a fuel station, where police carried out further checks.

A breathalyzer test confirmed that the driver’s alcohol levels exceeded the legal limit, with readings recorded at 0.79 mg/l and 0.73 mg/l.

Substances found in vehicle

During the search of the vehicle, officers discovered 78 anabolic tablets. The substances were confiscated as part of the investigation.

Police subsequently filed charges against the woman, including disobedience, dangerous driving and violations related to sports legislation concerning anabolic substances.

Legal proceedings underway

The suspect was taken into custody under expedited legal procedures and is expected to provide testimony before judicial authorities.
