A magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck the Lasithi region of Crete on Sunday morning, April 19, at 10:04 a.m.
According to data from the Geodynamic Institute, the epicenter was located 21 kilometers south-southwest of Gudouras in Lasithi, at geographic coordinates 34.855°N, 25.9763°E. The focal depth of the tremor was estimated at 6.2 kilometers.
The seismic activity was felt across parts of eastern Crete, though initial reports indicate no damage or injuries. Authorities have not, at this stage, reported any incidents linked to the quake
