Greek Police on Saturday arrested three women last Saturday in connection with a vandalism attack outside the Athens Administrative Court of Appeal in the Ambelokipi district.
The suspects, a 25-year-old and two 23-year-olds, were detained by officers from a motorcycle unit after being located near the scene of the incident.
According to police, a group of individuals with covered faces used hammers, a fire extinguisher and bottles of red paint to cause damages to the building’s facade. A rucksack recovered nearby contained caps, gas masks, hammers and black jackets allegedly used to conceal the suspects’ identities.

The trio was charged with property damage, unlawful violence and refusal to submit to fingerprinting. Additional suspects are being sought.
Incidents targeting public buildings and institutions in Athens, including courts and government offices, have been periodically reported in Greek media, often linked to anti-establishment or self-styled anarchist groups.
