A car crashed into the swimming pool of a hotel in southern Greece, causing panic among guests but ending without injuries after all occupants, including a young child, were safely rescued.

According to local reports, the vehicle ended up in the pool following an apparent driving error by the driver. Residents staying in nearby accommodation said they heard a loud noise before rushing outside to see what had happened.

The driver quickly managed to pull a young boy, two other passengers and a dog from the vehicle after it came to rest in the hotel pool.

The dramatic incident shocked onlookers but ended in relief, as everyone involved was reported to be in good health.
