A serious traffic incident shook Thessaloniki early on Friday morning when a 24-year-old woman, driving under the influence of alcohol, caused significant property damage across a busy street. According to local reports, the driver lost control of her vehicle and collided with 15 parked cars before striking a small kiosk and finally coming to a stop against a storefront window.
Miraculously, despite the scale of the crash, the driver and any potential bystanders were unharmed. Authorities quickly arrived at the scene and confirmed that the young woman had consumed alcohol prior to the incident. She was arrested on the spot and later taken to the public prosecutor for further legal action.
