Α woman was attacked by another driver in front of her child in the Athens suburb of Ilion on Tuesday, during a dispute over right of way.

According to reports, the 50-year-old woman turned onto the narrow street and encountered the 30-year-old driver from the opposite direction.

The man demanded that the woman reverse her vehicle so he could pass. She refused, citing the risk of colliding with passing traffic on the main road behind her.

She in turn told him to make way for her to pass, which he also refused, saying he is a professional driver and was recovering from a surgical procedure, which made it difficult for him to drive.
