A 26-year-old woman has been arrested in the Greek city of Corinth after authorities accused her of managing an online group that informed members about traffic police checkpoints in real time.

According to police, the woman faces charges related to incitement to commit crimes and dangerous interference with road traffic enforcement. A 35-year-old man has also been included in the case file as part of the investigation.

The case emerged during a preliminary inquiry, which found that the two suspects allegedly managed a group on the messaging platform Viber. Authorities said the online group was created on September 18, 2025, and had gathered approximately 3,926 members.

Investigators claim the group was used to provide mass updates about the exact locations and timing of police inspections, particularly those carried out by Greek traffic police units in the Corinth region.
