The success of bank digitization is particularly evident in consumer lending. According to sources, nearly seven out of ten consumer loans granted last year were issued exclusively through banks’ digital channels.

While the official objective is to enhance road safety, the discussion unfolding around the initiative suggests that this model will not remain confined to urban buses.

This digital reform places the citizen at the center, gradually consolidating all communication channels with AADE—from traditional telephone support to fully digitized processes—providing fast access to answers.

The platform will map all tourism activities and businesses by destination, showcase products and services, highlight attractions, beaches, and museums, and integrate thematic tourism offerings.
