Several streets in central Athens will be temporarily closed on Sunday morning for the “43rd Athens Health Run.” Drivers are advised to avoid affected routes between 08:00 and 10:30 and follow traffic police instructions to prevent congestion
The Hellenic Police is launching traffic restrictions from Nov. 15–18, with major streets closing and parking bans in place as they enforce security measures for the 52nd Polytechnic uprising commemoration
Vehicle access will be prohibited from Saturday, September 20, at 8:00 pm, until Sunday, September 21, at 11:00 pm on key central streets.
According to the measures, both traffic flow and parking will be suspended on several streets from 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
On March 25, Athens will host the grand military parade.
Temporary adjustments to traffic in the Greek capital will be in place from January 18 to February 18.
