On a jet-setting Cyclades island better known for champagne-fueled beach clubs, celebrity visitors and sunsets over the Aegean, a new form of entertainment is making waves in Mykonos.
The Seaquins, a performance group made up of Greek artistic swimmers with Olympic and world championship credentials, are bringing synchronized swimming out of the competition pool and into the world of luxury hospitality and summer nightlife.
Their shows combine music, choreography and aquatic performance, replacing the familiar image of poolside dancers with athletes executing intricate routines in and around the water. Accompanied by elaborate costumes and carefully curated soundtracks, the performances blur the line between sport, art and live entertainment.

The concept has attracted attention on Mykonos, the Cycladic island long regarded as one of the Mediterranean’s premier summer destinations and a magnet for more affluent international travelers seeking exclusive experiences.
Each Saturday, the Seaquins perform at the pool of the Kalesma Mykonos club at the Ornos site, where they appear alongside a local DJ. The performances form part of a broader effort to showcase contemporary interpretations of Greek music and culture in a setting that emphasizes creativity and refined hospitality.
