There are no prerequisites to joining the Mindful Cooking workshop this Saturday May 30th. All you need are able hands and a willingness to unwind.
Unlike a regular cooking class, the unique experience hosted in The127 Gallery encourages collaboration and slowing down. Dumplings in the culinary world are a technical, often arduous recipe to get right. Mindful Cooking introduces easy-to-follow techniques suitable for all skill levels and places its focus in the tactile art of shaping things by hand.
Thessalonikis 127 Gallery is located in the Ano Petralona area of Athens. Blending creative studio energy with the warmth of a social gathering, the venue hosts intimate workshops, exhibitions, dinners, and mindful experiences throughout the year. The neighborhood itself is one of Athens’ most vibrant areas, filled with independent cafés, wine bars, and creative culture.
