A new Interview poll for Political shows the Course for Freedom party, led by Zoe Konstantopoulou, rising to second place with 15.2% of the vote, narrowing the gap with New Democracy (ND), which remains in first place at 25.8%. The difference between the two parties stands at 10.6 percentage points.
PASOK follows in third place with 13.1%, while Hellenic Solution and the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) register 10% and 9.6%, respectively. SYRIZA continues its downward trend, polling at just 5%.

The latest figures align with a recent MRB poll for Open TV, which also indicated significant shifts in voter preferences. That poll placed ND at 20%, PASOK at 11.5%, and Course for Freedom in third with 9%. The undecided vote was notably high at 25.2%.
The MRB poll also examined voter inflows, showing that Course for Freedom draws support from across the political spectrum, including 9% from ND, 9% from SYRIZA, and smaller portions from PASOK, KKE, and Hellenic Solution.
In terms of leadership preferences, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis remains the most favored for the role with 20.8%, while Konstantopoulou follows at 8%, and PASOK leader Nikos Androulakis at 7%. However, the most common response was “Nobody” at 36.7%.
Konstantopoulou also leads in popularity among political leaders, with a 33.4% approval rating, followed by KKE’s Dimitris Koutsoumbas (28.2%) and Mitsotakis (26.5%).
Course for Freedom was founded in 2016 by Konstantopoulou as a reaction to the 2015 bailout agreement, positioning itself against austerity measures. The party gained parliamentary representation in June 2023 after narrowly surpassing the electoral threshold. Some have critiqued the party as being populist or a cult of personality, but it seems more and more people approve of Konstantopoulou’s vocal presence in parliament.
