A 60-year-old man was pulled unconscious from beneath an agricultural tractor in Ampelofito, Messinia, southern Greece, late Thursday night.
The Fire Service Operations Center was alerted at around 10:30 p.m. after the man became trapped under the tractor and assistance was requested.
Six firefighters from the Fire Service, using two vehicles, were dispatched to the scene.
Firefighters freed the man from beneath the agricultural vehicle while he was unconscious. He was then handed over to an ambulance operated by Greece’s National Emergency Aid Center (EKAV). The rescue operation was completed.
